I grew up n south London as part of large family with dream of being an actress. After a summer placement in a construction I developed an interest and went off to carry out a national diploma and degree in buildings survey. My career has allowed me to work on iconic project and meet well verse people of all backgrounds. Most of I have learnt that not all closed doors are closed there can be an opportunity for growth.

"Driving diversity is important as give those who you would not normally see in industry the chance to flourish and change perceptions for the next generation. The world is also changing and so is the languages and culture we are exposed to, so pushing diversity means being able to interact with people on their own level,culture and at times language."
