Keith Todd is an Incorporated Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Fire Engineers, a registered fire risk assessor and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.  He is currently Head of Fire Safety for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, where he leads a team of 12 people, managing fire safety across the housing stock and implementing measures to meet forthcoming legislation.
