Ken Hunnisett

Ken has spent the last 25 years in asset and infrastructure finance. A passionate advocate for the role investment needs to play in driving out place-based inequalities, Ken is the Head of Clean Heat at Triple Point. Ken leads a multi-disciplinary team of in-house energy infrastructure experts and external professionals, all with deep low-carbon district heating specialisms. His team was selected to deliver the Heat Network Investment Project, a £320 million fund to accelerate the growth in district heating development. Since the inception of HNIP, and now through the contracted end of the Green Heat Network Fund, Ken’s team will have served as the Government’s trusted delivery partner for 13 years — a continuous commitment that has helped shape and support the UK’s low-carbon heat network sector.
