Kevin Radford

With over twenty five years’ experience in the fields of Architecture and Urban Design,  Kevin has led projects for public bodies and private developers both in the UK and globally. He has a wealth of expertise in urban regeneration projects, suburban extensions and new garden villages focusing on ‘place-led’ opportunities and embedding climate resilience in all outcomes. Kevin is a Recognised Practitioner of the Urban Design Group and on the Design Expert Panel for Design:South East. 

Kevin has established leadership in through leadership around embedding design quality, leading on community engagement and facilitating settlement visioning. He has developed discrete analyses to understand positive place shaping impacts of development. These tools support local social justice, used to build community resilience over time.  He has established an in-depth knowledge of urban regeneration, working on urban design strategies, site capacity studies and working through delivery models to ensure that high quality design and placemaking can be delivered.  He therefore has a strong understanding of the planning process, particularly in historic locations and ideally placed to manage the preparation of visionary yet deliverable masterplans.
