Kinga Zadora

Kinga Zadora is a Project Consultant at ODGroup, where she leads business development for Cat A and Cat B workplace fit-outs across London. She graduated from the Manchester School of Architecture and began her career as a Project Manager for a specialist contractor. Delivering commercial interiors on site gave her a practical understanding of how workplaces are built, from concept to completion. She now brings that experience to a more strategic role built on client relationships, market insight and project alignment.

Kinga is a passionate advocate for better representation and access in the built environment. As a Go Construct STEM Ambassador, she has reached more than 5,000 young people. She is a founding member of the FIS Fit-Out Futures Committee, supporting early-career professionals, apprentices and emerging talent, and sits on the NAWIC London & Southeast committee. A 2025 BCO NextGen Ideas finalist, she has chaired and contributed to industry panels for organisations including Diversity Talks Real Estate and FIS.
