Dr Krish Parmar
Dr Krish Parmar is the Founder of Elevate Building Safety, a specialist consultancy supporting dutyholders, property managers and contractors with Safety Case delivery, building safety governance, competence assurance and construction quality planning.
He has delivered Safety Cases across a range of higher-risk residential buildings and helps organisations move beyond document-led compliance by establishing practical systems, clear accountability and reliable evidence.
Krish previously worked at BRE under the Construction Innovation Hub, where he helped develop the Construction Product Quality Planning framework. His work brings together building safety, competence, quality assurance and evidence-led risk management to create systems that work in practice and stand up to scrutiny.
