Krista Evans

Krista is currently the construction manager at the London Borough of Hackney, working in the regeneration team and is responsible for technical design quality on the new-build homes programmes, as well as project managing complex remediation schemes. Krista is an experienced architect who worked on the delivery of large housing projects for developers, local authority and housing association clients. She led the development of sustainability principles in her last architectural practice and was the Head of Place and Nature at the Future Homes Hub, focusing on sustainable placemaking, bringing nature into schemes (including biodiversity net gain) as well as working with industry leaders on embedding sustainable regulations into tall buildings and valuation and lending challenges of new sustainable regulations.
