Ass. Project Manager, Turner & Townsend

I am an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for personal growth and making a positive impact on the world. With a strong background in Construction industry both professionally and academically, I have honed my skills in Leadership, Project Planning and Management, Procurement strategies, Project Monitoring and control among others.
Throughout my journey, I have always been motivated by a desire to challenge myself and push beyond my limits. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, constantly seeking new opportunities to learn and grow.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to adapt and embrace change. I am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone and take on new challenges, as I believe that true growth happens when we push ourselves beyond what we thought was possible.
In addition to my professional aspirations, I am also deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of others. Whether it's through volunteering, mentoring, or advocating for important causes, I am always looking for ways to give back to my community and contribute to a better world.
When I'm not pursuing my passions, you can find me exploring the outdoors, reading a thought-provoking book, or spending quality time with loved ones. I believe in finding a balance between work and personal life, as it is crucial for overall well-being and happiness.

Statement:

As an advocate for diversity, equality, and inclusion in construction, I firmly believe that embracing these values is not only morally right but also crucial for the industry's growth and success. By driving diversity, we unlock a wealth of untapped talent, perspectives, and experiences that can drive innovation, creativity, and problem-solving in construction projects. Inclusive practices not only empower underrepresented groups but also foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, leading to improved employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Embracing diversity and equality in construction not only ensures fairness and equal opportunities for all but also paves the way for a more resilient, sustainable, and future-proof industry.
