A Principal and co-lead of Avison Young's London Planning Team, Laura’s experience is primarily focused in central and greater London, including exciting mixed use developments such as Hill House for Landsec; Blackwall Yard for Hadley; Neasden Goods Yard for Hollybrook; plus many more.

Laura advises at all stages of the planning process, leading pre-application discussions with local authorities across London and the Greater London Authority.

Laura is a Panel Member for the Design Review South East and has recently been a RIBA Judge for the West London Region.

Prior to working at Avison Young, Laura spent nearly 6 years at Brent Council in the development management, planning policy and regeneration teams including working on projects such as the Wembley Area Action Plan, the South Kilburn Regeneration Programme and a range of large scale planning applications. Before this, she worked at the Government Office for London on the review of the Mayor's powers, amendments to London's Strategic Protected Views, revisions to the London Plan and strategic planning casework (including call ins/ departures plus many more).
