Talent pools are becoming increasingly diverse, so teams who are not focussing on diversity and inclusion within their recruitment and training are missing out on a huge proportion of skilled workers. Plus, it’s no secret that diverse workforce drives higher innovation within teams, and with the rise of green skills needs across all trades, this innovation will be essential to the construction industry.
