Lauren is a chartered health and safety practitioner and has worked in the construction sector for over 20 years.  As Head of Health and Safety for Gleeds UK, she is responsible for a large team of highly skilled and specialist practitioners working for industry leading global and national clients. 

Her main focus is to ensure delivery of client expectations and provide assurance across a variety of projects, programmes and frameworks varying in size and complexity within the health, education, blue light services, residential, rail, industrial and commercial sectors.

She has developed her skill set and knowledge across a wide range of projects delivering CDM advisory and Principal Designer support services, and has special interests in the building safety act and design safety.
