Laurence is an Interior Architect with over two decades’ experience designing workplaces that balance performance, wellbeing, and identity. As Project Director at Scott Brownrigg, he has led design teams on major headquarters, listed buildings, and international airport projects — from Thomson Reuters’ London newsroom to Network Rail’s award-winning National Centre — with a consistent focus on how environments shape human experience.

A former judge of the RCA’s Helen Hamlyn Awards for Inclusive Design, Laurence is passionate about creating spaces that work for every body and mind. He champions early engagement with neurodiverse and disabled voices to shape layout, lighting, acoustics, and sensory comfort bringing a human-centred approach to the early concept stages of design, helping clients craft spaces that genuinely support the people who use them.
