I started working for Pinnacle Astute Developments at first in a more administrative role before working myself up to where I am now which involves managing and running a large development site. I actually have a law degree but after realising it wasn't what I had a passion for I changed my career path to property and construction and I have been much happier since.

Statement: Equality, diversity and inclusion are important for everyone to get behind in Construction because it is imperative that we all value each other and realise we all have a belonging and a place within the Construction Industry. It is a huge industry which requires many people to keep it moving forward and thriving and having more equality and diversity would bring about all the positive changes needed to push the industry even further.
