Lee has more than two decades’ experience in residential and alternative real estate, spanning consultancy, agency, property management and research. Prior to becoming a partner with Block, led Colliers’ operational real estate consultancy and insight team, having previously held a similar role at Cushman & Wakefield covering life sciences, data centres and healthcare.

Over his career he has advised many of the sector’s leading operators and investors, including Patrizia, Foster + Partners, Scape, Cain International, Barratt Homes, Redevco, Urban Splash, Ballymore, Berkeley, Grainger, Homes England, AECOM and British Land. His work has ranged from large-scale regeneration schemes to complex operational assets, often at the intersection of real estate and demographic change.

Lee is regularly quoted in both the national and industry press, contributes to sector events and panel discussions, and is an active member of the Society of Property Researchers.
