Lisa Taylor, a commercially orientated Operations Manager, has over a decade of experience in the Data Centre design and build industry and for the last 5 years has been with MiCiM Ltd who provide a focused end to end, hands-on, project management and construction delivery service, working with clients to develop their best in class Mission Critical facilities. Lisa leads the Women in Construction committee that sits within their wider Diversity, Equality and Inclusion initiative which meets regularly to strategise how to bring change and improvement and empower and inspire women to join MiCiM and progress their careers with us. It is MiCiM’s ambition to have a 50/50 spilt of male and female employees and to become the employer of choice for females looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the construction industry. We understand this isn’t going to change over-night, but everything we do pushes us closer to our goal.
