Statement:

The construction industry is an underestimated industry but its culture stills needs a lot of work. The work construction can do in and with communities can have a greater impact than most. The added value element can often be overlooked but this is where the construction industry can solve a significant number of social problems. But the culture still needs to be a nurturing and inviting one, embracing diversity and inclusion.
