Statement:

"Driving for equality in architecture as a woman is crucial because it fosters diversity and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated field. By advocating for gender equality, female architects can inspire future generations of women to pursue careers in architecture, leading to a more representative and innovative profession. Equal opportunities in architecture not only empower women but also enrich the industry by bringing a wider range of perspectives and ideas to the design and construction of our built environment."
