Lucille Watkins-Brazier, Head of Social Impact, Lendlease Europe, has a successful career leading Community Development, Engagement, CSR and Social Value programmes within the real estate sector.
Lucille has over 20 years’ experience in addressing many of society’s most pervasive social issues, commencing with her work as a youth engagement leader in the early 2000s, and latterly through her work as a strategist, designing responsive programmes to address issues including community wellbeing, social mobility, cohesion, structural inequality, and diversity, inclusion and accessibility, through her roles in the private sector.
Lucille is responsible for leading a large team of Social Value practitioners across the EMEA region of Lendlease, and for curating a range of social sustainability outcomes across the entire property lifecycle.
Lucille is passionate about building strategies that support thriving, resilient and prosperous places for communities to enjoy.
