Lucy Healy is Sustainable Procurement Manager at Kier Group where she established and chairs the Ethical Labour Working Group. Before moving to the construction sector in 2022 Lucy worked in Ethical Trade for a large supermarket. Her passion for human rights came from studying international human rights law during her law degree and subsequent Masters on the topic. She has written thesis’ on both Modern Slavery and Corporate Social Accountability and spent time as a Researcher at the Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development.

Lucy’s believes in a Just Transition and has a particular passion for enabling equity in material and mineral supply chains.
