Margot leads the growth team for London and the South East in the UK, which delivers complex, multidisciplinary, game-changing projects for people.  Innovation, resilience, lovable density, job creation, renewable resources, efficient transportation, and environmental rejuvenation are at the heart of her work.  Margot balances these essential urban elements to create bankable, buildable, and long lasting places for people.
