Marianna Bia is Director at 4D Studio, with over 20 years’ experience leading regeneration, commercial, and cultural projects across the UK and internationally. A specialist in strategic land development, she brings together design vision and commercial rigour to deliver complex, high-profile schemes. Marianna also serves as Treasurer of the National Association of Women in Construction (London & South East), where she champions diversity and inclusion in the built environment.
