Marina Leleko is an L&D professional with a strong passion for creating an inclusive and progressive environment for all. Having worked in industries such as the logistics and the supply chain, retail, industrial gases and chemicals, and more recently - the construction, she has 10+ years of experience in supporting people and their teams to grow and bring their best and authentic selves to work. At John Sisk & Son, Marina is responsible for the leadership, learning and development, and diversity agendas across UK, Ireland and Europe. Marina holds a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, and is an accredited coach-practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Within the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) space, John Sisk has made great strides in fostering a workplace that builds a strong sense of belonging through newly formed affinity groups such as the Building Gender Balance Network; cultural educational programme; rolling out a highly participative inclusive language / behaviour programme for all; and an EDI mentoring initiative, as a few examples. Through a strong senior / Board member sponsorship and highly committed EDI Steering Business Group, John Sisk’s EDI direction and impact is an integral component of the company’s 2030 Sustainability Roadmap, “Building Today, Caring for Tomorrow”.
