With over thirty years’ experience within the Construction Industry and is a Chartered Member of the CIOB. Working for Paragon – A Tilbury Douglas Business as a Project Manager. Mark has in his time in the industry worked for several Tier One contractors in the London Fit Out and Refurbishment carrying out varied work in different sectors.

Mark is very passionate about promoting gender equality within the Construction Industry. As part of this Mark has led many initiatives over the last 10 years such as providing Period Products on sites, improving facilities for women on site, encouraging young girls to look at the construction industry as career which has involved visiting several schools to both lead presentations and assist in activity days. Mark is a firm believer that Gender parity including equal opportunities for all women within the Construction Industry and industry. As a result of Marks work in 2021 Mark was named the Great British Businesswoman Male Advocate Award.

Mark is both Co-chair and National Executive member of Building Equality London. Mark is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is a member of the Tilbury Douglas internal Pride Network helping to create greater visibility of LGBTQIA+ individuals within the business and wider construction industry. Mark has led on several events and webinars in recent years.
