Mark Kelly is a Partner at PLP Architecture and has led many of the practice’s high-profile projects. He has particular expertise delivering commercial and residential developments in London and has worked on a range of projects worldwide.
Mark has delivered a number of notable projects throughout London. Amongst these are the recently completed 33 Grosvenor Place, the first European hospital for Cleveland Clinic, as well as One Bishopsgate Plaza, the first tower development in the City of London to fuse private apartments with a luxury hotel.
Elsewhere in the city Mark has led key projects including the Nova Victoria masterplan and commercial development; 66 Chiltern Street, a residential building in the heart of Marylebone Village; and 73 Brook Street, a new headquarters for Clivedale Ventures.
In the Middle East, Mark’s experience includes the Aerospace City Masterplan, a significant mixed-use development on a 1,650-hectare site north of Doha, Qatar; and the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, Al Maryah Island.
Mark regularly speaks at conferences and forums on architecture and urbanism. He graduated from the Bartlett School of Architecture in London and was a director at KPF London before joining PLP Architecture.
