Martin Kinsey
Martin Kinsey is a Senior Development Manager in Grosvenor's London Estate team, where he leads commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across Mayfair and Belgravia.
He is currently working on South Molton, Grosvenor's flagship mixed-use development in Mayfair. South Molton will set a new benchmark for sustainable residential retrofit in listed and heritage buildings, and a blueprint for how to leverage heritage character to deliver unique and desirable prime office and retail.
Martin has a background in project management spanning client, consultant and contractor roles, and has worked in Australia and Canada and the UK. This diverse background gives him a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities of adaptive reuse, and the complex balance to be struck between heritage, sustainability and long-term value.
