Martyn Wright is Project & Sustainability Consultant at Hydro Building Systems, representing the TECHNAL brand across the UK and Ireland. With over 25 years’ experience in the façade industry—including six years at Hydro—Martyn works closely with leading clients, contractors, and design teams to integrate carbon reduction strategies into architectural specifications and project delivery.

He leads TECHNAL’s circularity initiative in the UK and Ireland, promoting the take-back and reuse of post-consumer aluminium to support low-carbon construction. He is a passionate advocate for decarbonisation in architecture and construction and continues to work with leading industry stakeholders to drive measurable change in material specification and lifecycle impact. His role focuses on embedding sustainability at the heart of design, helping shape buildings that meet the environmental challenges of today while preparing for the demands of tomorrow.
