Martyna Kiełbasa
Martyna Kiełbasa is a Chartered Architect (ARB and RIBA) with over 15 years of experience in the construction commercial and residential development sectors. She holds a BA (Hons) in Architecture and Urban Form, a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture (RIBA Part II), and a Professional Practice qualification (RIBA Part III) from the University of Westminster.
Her professional experience includes senior design and technical leadership roles at Mace Construct, United Living Property Services, London & Quadrant Construction, Collado Collins Architects, DLA Architecture, and Rich Architecture. Throughout her career, she has led multidisciplinary design teams, managed major residential and remediation projects, overseen Building Safety Regulator Gateway applications, and coordinated complex technical and construction delivery programmes.
Martyna has extensive expertise in commercial offices, affordable housing, residential regeneration, facade remediation, retrofit projects, Building Regulations compliance, BIM management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and design governance. Key projects include developments for the JP Morgan, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Sovereign Network Group, Workspace Group, London Borough of Haringey, Barnet Council, Cheshire West Council, and a range of private sector residential schemes.
Her continuing professional development includes BIM qualifications accredited by BRE Academy, CDM and risk management training, mentoring and coaching programmes, active involvement in Women in Construction initiatives, including representing Women's Leadership Group as southeast Ambassador.
