I joined the construction industry straight after my Civil Engineering Degree. The experience, technical skills and knowledge gained over the past years have been incredible. Throughout the past years I have had the opportunity to be involved in both site and office-based roles. I understand the various challenges and struggles women face in our industry, but I love to think that there is more good than bad; and I am committed to encouraging women to join the construction industry and making construction more appealing despite the gender stereotype.
