Matilda has developed over 5 year's expertise mainly in the design and delivery in both the public and private sectors. She brings technical know-how in all work stages, working with mutli-disciplinary design team as well as managing and training younger team members. Excellent and effective communications skills when working across disciplines and client teams to ensure successful collaboration. Great team player and ability to use her initiative She is passionate about the built environment and good design and making sure that buildings respond to context and are fit for purpose. She is a member of SGP based in their London Office and is chartered with the ARB and RIBA. She is a big advocate for women in construction and mainly in the data centre sector.
