I joined Kier in 2018 as an apprentice in our emerging talent team, in that time I have worked my way through the team to now be a senior recruiter responsible for the recruitment of graduates and apprentices within the group. I’m extremely passionate about apprenticeships and a huge advocate for alternative options to university for young people, and proper careers guidance at school. I really enjoy being able to visit schools and colleges and speak of my own experiences and to support students in making career choices.
