Megan has over two decades of experience in architecture and BIM, bringing a deep understanding of the design process from concept to completion. Across a wide range of projects, Megan has driven BIM implementation and led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable and efficient designs. Walter AEC, founded in 2011, is an international BIM consultancy specialising in BIM project delivery. Megan leads Walter's work helping architects, engineers and contractors build on-demand BIM capability that scales with project demand rather than headcount, and is passionate about leveraging technology and sustainable practices to optimise workflows and enhance project outcomes. Throughout her career, she has championed BIM adoption, mentored teams and ensured seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
