Melissa Clinch

Melissa has over 20 years of architectural experience across commercial, transport, residential and cultural sectors. She has significant experience in delivering projects of high-value and complexity, having recently completed the design and coordination of 21 Moorfields Grade A commercial office development in the City of London; This major development, over a live station, reconciles complex structural and geometrical constraints to deliver a new home for Deutsche Bank, on one of the City of London’s most challenging sites.

Melissa has experience of leading multidisciplinary teams within bespoke procurement routes, including strategies using multiple pre-service contract agreements in parallel with RIBA Stage 3 design, in order to de-risk complex coordination issues, accelerate programme delivery and utilise contractor and supply chain expertise. She is passionate about cross-discipline collaborative working, bringing construction thinking and deliverability into early design concepts. She is a co-lead of Wilkinson Eyre’s ESG group, and is a Guest Critic/ Visiting Lecturer and External Examiner in Architecture.
