Micheala is a Civil engineer at Arcadis working in the water sector and the Construction Leadership Council Net-Zero and Bio-Diversity Young Ambassador.  Michaela is a passionate advocate for meaningful youth participation in driving the sustainability agenda within the built environment. She previously served as the UK Youth Delegate to the G20 Indonesia 2022 on the Sustainable and Liveable Planet track, where she championed the inclusion of the built environment and a holistic planetary health approach at the negotiation table. She is also a member of the core team of the World Federation of Engineering Organization’s Future Leaders / Young Engineers Working Group on Climate Action, which aims to advocate for and build capacity of young engineers in climate action policy.
