Mo is the CEO of Morta, which provides software solutions to empower professionals and organisations across the built environment supply chain to realise their digital transformation ambitions and streamline processes. In addition to Morta, Mo is the co-founder and part of the leadership of ZERO, a community of professionals focused on reducing embodied carbon in the built environment.

Mo previously worked as an Associate to the Chief Information Officer of Consolidated Contractors Company, the largest contractor in the Middle East. There he was responsible for establishing best practices for data flows in construction projects, and was the deputy leader of the Innovation and R&D initiative, where they partnered with startups in the fields of 3D printing, robotics, modularisation and IoT.

Mo holds an MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge and a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick, along with many other certifications in project management, lean six sigma and construction.
