Graduate Engineer and Chair of the UK Women’s Network at Multiplex
Molly Gardner is currently completing the Commercial rotation of Multiplex’s Graduate Scheme and has spent the past two years serving as Chair of the UK Women’s Network. Passionate about creating opportunities for women in the construction industry, Molly is committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and professional development across the business. She is also an enthusiastic volunteer who enjoys engaging with schools, universities, and industry initiatives to inspire young females to consider careers in construction. Through her advocacy and outreach work, Molly is helping to encourage the next generation of women into the built environment sector.
