Natalie has worked within the housing industry for almost 7 years, from starting as a property management officer she has progressed to operations manager and is now the Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Lead. Natalie is a Mental Health First Aider and set up the carers network within the organisation which has not only had a huge impact internally but externally too.
Natalie has had her own mental health challenges alongside being a carer for her mum who has Multiple Sclerosis and number of mental health condition too, she is therefore passionate about supporting carers in the workplace and improving mental wellbeing. Natalie has written case studies for national organisations and has done several talks externally on this topic and D&I more widely including for the Social Housing Roundtable, National Housing Federation, London Build at Olympia, Business in the community and Microsoft. This work led her to be a finalist for Young Person of the Year 2022 by Investors in People.
