Head of Workspace, Home Group

Nathalie Baxter is an award-winning Architect, Academic & Spatial Strategist who specialises in workspace design and management to achieve business objectives. Nathalie is Head of Workspace at Home Group where she manages the redevelopment of their workspace portfolio and has recently completed their new Headquarters. Designed for hybrid working, this collaborative, inclusive workspace encourages colleagues to live out the company's values whilst delivering a unique social purpose. 

Nathalie has a first-class master's degree in sustainable interdisciplinary design & management for the built environment from the University of Cambridge & a diploma in High-Impact Leadership from Oxford Business school. She has over ten years of experience in architectural practice delivering projects across the UK & Asia including BCO & RIBA national award-winning office projects. 

Nathalie has recently worked as a researcher at the Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL) where she coordinated case study research for the world's first deep retrofit office project: Entopia. 

Nathalie is a Director of the Board of the British Council for Offices (BCO) where she offers a unique perspective as both an Architect and Occupier. In her spare time, you can find her treading the boards in musicals!
