Neville Grunwald

With over 35 years of experience within the Construction Industry, including 15 years at director level, Neville has an in depth, practical knowledge of a wide range of envelope treatments.  Neville is responsible for developing and delivering Wates’ envelope strategy and ensuring that all their designs meet exacting levels of quality and regulatory compliance.  He is also the driving force behind the Joint Competence Initiative for the Envelope Sector (JCI), which he currently Chairs, working with the HSE, the Building Safety Regulator, CWCT, CAB, GGF and Society of Façade Engineers to develop appropriate competency standards that will help us meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act.
