Nic works on projects that use surplus low-carbon heat from Cory's Riverside campus in Belvedere to help decarbonise heating in London while reducing exposure to volatile international gas markets. These include the London Strategic Heat Main, the UK's first strategic heat transmission pipeline, and a scheme to transport heat along the Thames using electric thermal barges. Nic has almost 20 years' experience in finance and investment and holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London.
