Nichola is Chair for the Lambeth and Southwark Housing Association Board and a non-executive director for Amber Housing. As well as extensive non-executive experience within the housing sector, Nichola is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and has a varied career in health and safety focusing on the built environment. This includes being the Competent Person for Paradigm and Shepherds Bush Housing Associations as well a construction experience with Balfour Beatty, Capita and EMCOR UK.  As well as her NED roles, Nichola is Global H&S Director for Malvern Panalytical, an organisation manufacturing precision measurement instrumentation.
