Nick Hacking is Director and Head of Residential of AFK, with over 25 years’ experience designing and leading major high profile regeneration projects for acclaimed international and UK based practices. Nick is an industry leader in the design of homes and communities within complex urban environments, delivering social and environmentally responsive solutions through collaborative engagement.

Nick is an active, cross-industry and academic thought leader, and regularly shares the key themes influencing his work, including the evolving convergence between work, leisure and homes, maximising the value of place, and how best to exploit MMC in residential buildings.
