Nick Tyrer is Design Director at Sports Architects BDP Pattern, where he has spent the past decade shaping the studio’s creative vision and pioneering its computational design approach. His work has delivered internationally acclaimed stadiums worldwide, including venues for the FIFA World Cup, the Premier League, and Formula 1. He was recognised by the RIBA Rising Star award as a “digital innovator currently rising to the fore.”

For the last six years, Nick has led the design of Everton’s new home, the Hill Dickinson Stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock in Liverpool, guiding the project from concept through to completion.

Passionate about crafting joyful public spaces and memorable experiences at every scale and budget, Nick is a strong advocate for a fabrication-focused design philosophy that bridges innovation with buildability.
