Nicola is architect, author, practitioner and teacher, specialising in the relationship between design, people, behaviour and the built environment. She is widely recognised across the industry as a leading authority on workplace strategy, design and behaviour change management. Publications include; ‘Reworking the Workplace’, ‘ReThink Design Guide for a Post Pandemic world’ and ‘Future Office’, RIBA Publishing. She is a visiting lecturer on the Design Masters Course at IE School of Architecture and Design, Madrid, Spain.

Based in London, Nicola draws from 25 years’ experience working with occupiers and developers internationally. She is the EMEA lead for Total Workplace Consulting at Cushman and Wakefield.
