I have worked in the Ventilation industry for 28 years. I started in internal Sales and became self-driven to further support customers with technical queries on Passive Ventilation and Window and Door Hardware. This enabled me to demonstrate that I was capable to move into Area Sales Management, I role I grew over 10 years. As technology changed, I learned about Mechanical Ventilation solutions and became one of the first women to educate M&E Consultants in the Residential sector, my expertise included design support and conducting CPD’s. I have also mentored and trained Sales Managers and obtained a Level 5 Distinction in Operational and Department Management. I have recently moved to Zehnder an international company producing Healthy Indoor Climate Solutions as Specification Manager. I am currently developing their market in the UK and expanding my knowledge on Commercial Ventilation, Heating and Cooling Solutions including Radiators and Radiant Panels. Indoor Air Quality and improving the Environment are very important to me, and I also enjoy the benefits of working with diverse teams. I thrive on offering advice to others and help to build confidence with my Team to exceed potential. In my early career I experienced inequality and had to fight to reach my goals and I understand the frustrations Women may encounter. I am always happy to help anyone overcome challenges they may face.
