Nidaa is a Digital Project Delivery Lead at John Sisk & Son, with a Master’s degree in BIM & Integrated Design from the University of Salford. She specialises in leveraging digital construction methodologies to enhance project delivery, with a particular focus on the integration of advanced technologies and the application of Lean principles within the built environment.

Throughout her career, Nidaa has contributed to a range of major construction projects across the North of England and the Midlands, consistently driving innovation and efficiency through digital transformation.

Beyond her project work, Nidaa is an active industry voice. She regularly speaks at conferences and universities, sharing insights on digital construction and modern delivery practices. A passionate advocate for diversity in the construction sector, Nidaa is deeply committed to promoting greater female representation in the industry. She frequently engages in school outreach programmes, inspiring and encouraging young women to pursue careers in construction.
