Oliver has extensive experience in physical, operational and personnel security leadership, including project management, risk consulting, regulatory compliance and business continuity. Oliver has a comprehensive understanding of security technology implementation using risk and threat-based methodologies to determine the mitigations required to protect people and assets. Oliver is currently engaged in multi-disciplinary security consultancy as well as commercial and private professional investigations. Olivers portfolio of works completed both domestically and globally include; Management of a high value complex C-UAS project in the Middle East, Threat & vulnerability risk assessments, BREEAM/SABRE Security Needs Assessments, Security surveys, Manpower resourcing as well as Physical security penetration testing. Oliver covers multiple sectors including Oil & Gas, Commercial, Education as well as the Charity sector.

Oliver is a member of the Security Institute, Association of Security Consultants, American Society for Industrial Security as well as the Association of British Investigators  and holds a number of industry qualifications aligned with the NPSA methodologies.
