Oliver is an accomplished digital services lead, experienced working on high profile, fast moving international major programmes and major sports events, delivering digital services to enable their effective delivery.

On the recent Peru Reconstruction with Changes infrastructure programme, he led the end-to-end digital delivery from discovery to live service of a suite of integrated digital solutions to support the effective design and delivery assurance of multiple buildings and national resilience infrastructure.

Experienced at working across wide ranging and complex stakeholder environments, Oliver brings user-centred approaches to engage teams in digital technology and ensure solutions meet their needs.
