"Driving equality is paramount in my role as a Consultant in Education because it ensures that every student regardless of their background or identity, has equal access to educational opportunities. By fostering an inclusive and diverse environment, we can tap into a broader pool of talent, perspectives, and ideas, ultimately enriching the construction industry and promoting innovation.
