Paul has the pleasure of leading the digital team in Laing O’Rourke, with the mission to transform project delivery through digital solutions.

Together with his team they are helping accelerate the adoption of a broad range of digital tools, processes and capabilities to improve delivery and make colleagues lives easier.

With a varied background that started in medical engineering before focusing on improving performance of major complex defence programmes, the key to success has been putting people at the heart of the solution, basing decision on facts not opinion and tapping into the hearts and minds of the workforce.

Outside of work Paul is drawn to the mountains, whether it is to run, ski, climb or mountain bike…and he loves food and wine!
