Paul has worked in social housing for almost 40 years. The majority of this time was spent working on regeneration projects, beginning in the former mining villages of North Wales before taking him to the English Midlands, where he led regeneration schemes in Leicester and the Black County. At Clarion he looks after both the Regeneration team and the Programme teams. Together these teams help plan and deliver some of UK’s most complex and ambitious residential-led regeneration schemes. These range from the 3000 new homes planned for Merton to a 14 home site in Bromley. He has a particular interest in the circular economy and multigenerational neighbourhoods. When not at work Paul is a regular cinema goer, supports Leicester City and really enjoys travelling.
